SWIMMING

Junior Swimming Demonstration (For Ages 5-7) – Friday 27 February

Junior Swimming Demonstration is schedule to be held on Friday 27 February starting at 1:30pm. This will be at our swimming pool. The children will be broken into groups that will demonstrate the skills that they have shown at school. This is very exciting for the children as it will be in a pool they have practiced in.

Children 7 years of age will be split between both junior and senior sports depending on if they are able to swim a width of the Southbridge Pool which equates to two lengths of our school pool.

Parents don’t forget the Biggest Splash Competition and the relay at lunchtime !!!

In the morning the children will travel to Southbridge by bus. At the completion of day, the buses will travel back to school and the after school bus service will run as per normal.

If you are taking your child(ren) at the end of the sports, please ensure you sign them out on the list at the entrance to the pool, so staff know they have left.

Southbridge Pool is in the main street of Southbridge and is signposted. If you have any questions about the swimming sports please see your child’s teacher or Mrs Barns.

If any parent is willing to help with time-keeping please fill in the slip below and ask your child to give it to Mrs Barns. As always we appreciate any assistance to help the day run smoothly for our children.
