We had a great day at our Senior Swimming Sports at Southbridge on Friday. Thank you to all parents and caregivers who came along and supported our swimmers. A special thank you to those parents who helped out with the event – we appreciate your help and support. Thank you to Mrs Barns and my staff for their organisation and work on the day. Thank you to those parents, caregivers and staff who competed in the Biggest Splash (won by Nigel Gray) and the Parent Relay (won by Anna O’Reilly, Sam O’Reilly, Tim Conolly, Marcus Fowler and Justin Wolff) I know the children look forward to these events. Special mention goes to Mark Botherway and Liz Righton who provided gorilla and the personal trainer highlights in the Biggest Splash.
Congratulations to following children who have qualified for the Ellesmere Zone Swimming Sports on Thursday 3rd March – Millie, Austin, Rosa, Paige, Alex, Lucy, Emma, Jack, Cruz, Livvie, Angus, Charlotte, Ben, Lochie, Logan, Lucy, Olivia, Emily, Kelsey, Aston, Brooke, Jaye, McKenzie, Patrick, Bob and Macrae. T. Congratulations to Fyvie House who were our House Champions for swimming.
At our assembly this afternoon I announced Jack as our Swimming captain for 2016. He will lead our team at the Ellesmere Zone Swimming Meet on Thursday. Congratulations Jack, I know he will lead our team with PRIDE.
