I was really proud of all our children as they showed great Determination in their running and biking at Fridays Duathlon. I thought it was a cool event for all our children. A big thank-you to those parents and caregivers who encouraged and pointed our children in the right direction around the course. Thank you to everyone who came along and supported our children and to everyone who dropped off bikes, scooters and helmets for their children. Thank you to Mrs Barns and the rest of my staff for their organisation of this event.
Congratulations to the following children who will represent our school at the Canterbury Primary Schools Duathlon at Ruapuna Raceway next term – 9 Year Old Event - Jesse, Charlotte; Keira; Austin 10 Year Old Event - Emma, Jack, Angus, Cruz 11 Year Old Event – Aston.
