Challenge, World Cup and Holidays

I had the privilege of going with our Year 6 children to Castle Park on Thursday.  I was impressed with their courage and determination to complete the obstacle course and the rock climbing – they weren't phased by the height or challenge.  The trip was funded through the children’s production of the Wizard of Oz.

We held a mufti day and World Cup day on the last Friday of term.  Everyone appears to be hoping for an All Blacks victory – the majority of the children were dressed in black to support our team.  The official World Cup site www.rugbyworldcup.com

Term Four is seven and half weeks long but we will be busy with a number of things happening including athletics, senior choir, spelling bee, Dunsandel Idol, Year 6 camp to Mount Cook, end of year assembly and school photos.  Have a great holiday break.
