We held our first ever school duathlon on Friday at the Domain. A duathlon is run-bike-run. The emphasis for this event was Participation which is part of our PRIDE vision. It was awesome to see plenty of determination and grit shown by our children as they competed. We will have eight of our senior children competing at the Canterbury Primary Schools Duathlon on 9 May at Ruapuna Raceway
OLYMPIC NEWS – We congratulate Lauren Ellis on her selection to the NZ Olympic Cycling team for the London 2012 Olympic Games. Lauren visited our school last term as an Olympic Ambassador.
